This solution offers various benefits to our customers:

• : A worker can sequentially perform the assembly and testing process on both systems, or two workers can work simultaneously on both sub-systems, resulting in a halving of throughput time. The systems can be arranged differently in the manufacturing layout.
• : The master-slave solution is a cost-effective alternative to two independent workstations. By coupling the subsystems, task operations can be optimized, and labor costs can be saved.
• : For an assembly and testing process on both subsystems, a dataset is generated for each, consolidated in the master, and transferred to the customer database, enhancing efficiency and minimizing data redundancy compared to the solution with two independent master systems.

Additionally, there is the option to equip the slave system with its own control at a later date and separate the two sub-systems from each other.
