And what a fantastic day it was at Brainware Solutions GmbH! 🙌
Numerous students were given the opportunity to go behind the scenes at our Chemnitz-based special-purpose machine manufacturing company – and the enthusiasm was evident on every face! 😍

As a special-purpose machine manufacturer for automation solutions, we develop and produce complex assembly and testing systems. At the same time, we support our customers with complementary services – from the concept phase through implementation to after-sales support and product training.

We will be exhibiting at all about automation in Friedrichshafen on March 10th and 11th. This is precisely where we set a clear benchmark for differentiation.

The further development of our products and services is not a short-term project for us, but an ongoing process. A central and crucial piece of the puzzle is direct contact with our customers and their experts… because it is at this interface that service quality becomes immediately tangible, both positively and negatively.

Yesterday afternoon, we gathered for our Christmas coffee in the conservatory of our main site in Chemnitz-Röhrsdorf. Coming together to round off the year with traditional Christmas stollen, gingerbread, and non-alcoholic mulled wine has long been a cherished tradition for us.

As a specialist in custom machinery for testing and test-sensitive assembly technology, we will be among the exhibitors on September 30 and October 1. For the first time, we’ll be presenting our optimized test workstation for laser-based profile measurement.

The integrated inline laser scanner can now be moved not only along the X and Y linear axes, but also along the Z axis – offering even greater flexibility in measurement.

School internships or voluntary insights for young people aged 15 and over are, for us, a natural part of supporting career orientation.

Sometimes it’s the small gestures that have the greatest impact. On behalf of Brainware Solutions GmbH, our Commercial Director Nicole Ritter and her assistant Nadine Fischer proudly handed over a donation check to Ms. Theiling, Head of the Chemnitz office of the Parents’ Association for Children with Cancer.

During the 21st “genialsozial – your work against poverty” action day by the #SächsischenJugendstiftung (SaxonYouthFoundation), thousands of young people across Saxony once again swapped their school desks for a workplace for a day. In return for their work, donations are made to support social projects in the Global South – such as building a school in Sierra Leone or a reforestation program in Madagascar.

Within a very short time, another five units of our modular compact.UNI testing and assembly workstation system have started their journey to North Africa.

Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming many new colleagues. After their initial onboarding steps to get familiar with our internal processes and various departments, today was time for a focused training session on our vCheck® software package.

Last week, five systems from our modular and standardized testing and assembly workstation platform compact.UNI, along with numerous extension components, left our facility – with a total weight of over four tonnes. Their destination: the production site of one of our key customers in North Africa.

Following successful system acceptances for several major projects and the shipment of the first systems by our logistics partner (a post on that is coming soon!), our management team spontaneously organized a BBQ in the company garden – a small thank-you for the tremendous dedication shown in recent weeks.
