Our long-standing customers know: we are an experienced partner for the development and implementation of fully and semi-automated end-of-line inspection systems.
However, recently, we had the opportunity to develop and implement a manual inspection system for instrument panels for a new customer.

The advantages are clear: the investment cost is low, as is the training requirement.

Nevertheless, we ensure reproducible results. Our detailed worker guidance safely navigates even untrained operators and non-native speakers through the process, thanks to easily understandable visual instructions.

The system is designed ergonomically, allowing operators of any height to adapt the system to their needs through automatic component locking, continuously adjustable rotating holders for 360° inspection, and overall height adjustability.

Despite this, high-resolution cameras enable 100% traceability, all interactions with the system are documented.

And the best part: if needed, inspection queries can be integrated retroactively with the existing cameras!
